Citadel Wireless is veteran-owned and operated.The service operates as a doing-business-as (DBA) under MaxonProducts LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company.Citadel Wireless will operate as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO). Instead of building cellular towers, we deliver service through partnerships with established U.S. carrier networks.This approach allows us to focus on transparent pricing, responsive customer support, and responsible service delivery.Our service is designed to provide nationwide coverage across much of the United States. Coverage, performance, and availability depend on location, device compatibility, and network conditions.Specific network partners and coverage maps will be published prior to launch.
How Performance Is Managed
Like all MVNO services, data usage may be subject to network management policies.Speeds, latency, and prioritization may vary during periods of network congestion.Citadel Wireless does not claim priority access or specialized routing beyond what is provided through standard network partnerships.
